研究目的：

本研究通过连续性登记并收集心脏手术患者临床资料及随访信息，建立单中心心脏手术患者数据库，了解不同类型心脏术后患者肾功能的变化情况，以及肾功能受损患者术后的中长期预后，通过大样本、多中心合作的形式建立患者数据库，通过机器深度学习模型等技术建立心脏手术后肾功能损伤风险预测系统，有利于临床医生早期作出治疗决策，提高治疗效果，改善预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Through continuous registration and collection of clinical data and follow-up information of patients undergoing cardiac surgery, this study established a database of patients undergoing single-center cardiac surgery to understand the changes in renal function of patients after different types of heart surgery, as well as the long-term prognosis of patients with renal impairment after surgery. The patient database was established through large-sample and multi-center cooperation. The establishment of a risk prediction system for renal function injury after cardiac surgery by using machine deep learning model and other technologies is beneficial to clinicians to make early treatment decisions, improve treatment effect and improve prognosis.

纳入标准：

参照中国心脏外科注册登记研究要求并结合实际冠心病手术患者特点，进行回顾性患者资料登记。

Inclusion criteria

According to the requirements of Chinese cardiac surgery registration study and combined with the characteristics of patients undergoing surgery for coronary heart disease, the patient data were retrospectively registered.

排除标准：

(1)年龄小于18岁，(2)重行冠脉搭桥术或(3)合并其他心脏手术，如瓣膜、室动脉瘤、室间隔等。(4)无围手术期病历，(5)慢性肾功能衰竭患者长期透析

Exclusion criteria：

(1) younger than 18 years of age, (2) repeat coronary artery bypass grafting or (3) combined with other cardiac surgery, such as valve, ventricular aneurysm, ventricular septum, etc. (4) No perioperative medical records; (5) Long-term dialysis for patients with chronic renal failure
