研究目的：

1.验证吸入用盐酸氨溴索溶液改善下呼吸道感染疾病黏痰症状的有效性；验证吸入用盐酸氨溴索溶液与安慰剂相比，优效是否成立； 2.验证吸入用盐酸氨溴索溶液改善下呼吸道感染疾病黏痰症状的安全性  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify the effectiveness of inhaled ambroxol hydrochloride solution in improving the symptoms of sticky sputum in lower respiratory tract infectious diseases; To verify whether the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride solution for inhalation compared with placebo is valid; 2. To verify the safety of ambroxol hydrochloride solution for inhalation in improving the symptoms of mucus sputum in lower respiratory tract infectious diseases

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.具备黏痰症状(痰液性状评分≥2 分)、咳痰困难(咳痰难度≥2 分)的下呼吸道感染(例如慢性支气管炎急性发作、肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期等)患者； 2.住院患者； 3.年龄 18-79 岁，性别不限； 4.自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with mucus sputum symptoms (sputum trait score ≥2 points) and difficulty in coughing up sputum (difficulty of coughing up sputum ≥2 points) with lower respiratory tract infections (such as acute onset of chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.); 2. Inpatients; 3. Age 18-79 years old, gender is not limited; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1.过敏体质者(对两类以上物质过敏者)或已知对试验用药物所含成分过敏者； 2.上呼吸道感染患者； 3.支气管哮喘、支气管扩张和肺间质纤维化等患者； 4.无力咳痰(如长期卧床、晚期肺癌等)患者； 5.合并严重的心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统原发性疾病者； 6.酗酒、药物依赖患者，或伴有精神障碍患者； 7.妊娠、哺乳期妇女或计划妊娠者(包括男、女性)； 8. 3 月内曾参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are allergic (those who are allergic to more than two types of substances) or those who are known to be allergic to the ingredients contained in the experimental drugs; 2. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection; 3. Patients with bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis; 4. Patients with weakness to cough up sputum (such as long-term bed rest, advanced lung cancer, etc.); 5. Patients with severe primary diseases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 6. Patients with alcoholism and drug dependence, or patients with mental disorders; 7. Pregnant or lactating women or those planning to become pregnant (including men and women); 8. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 3 months
