研究目的：

1.探索中风后急性期肢体痉挛产生的危险因素以便于评估中风患者发生痉挛的情况；2.评价中医康复方案在改善中风后肢体痉挛的肢体肌张力、运动功能、日常生活能力等方面的康复优势，形成科学、规范、适于推广应用的中医康复治疗方案；3.研究中风后急性期痉挛发生率和痉挛程度的评价体系，以便于客观评价痉挛相关治疗效果  

Objectives of Study：

1.An evaluation of spasticity in stroke patients by investigating the risk factors leading to acute post-stroke limb spasticity.2.To evaluate the rehabilitation advantages of TCM rehabilitation program in improving limb muscle tension, motor function and daily living ability of spasticity after stroke, and to form a scientific, standardized and suitable TCM rehabilitation program for popularization and application.3. An objective evaluation of the treatment effects for spasticity by studying the system used to assess the incidence and degree of acute post-stroke spasticity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合中风病的西医及中医诊断标准;
（2）无肌张力增高症状，改良Ashworth评定为0级；
（3）发病在1个月以内；
（4）年龄 30～75岁;
（5）意识清醒，生命体征平稳者;
（6）本人或家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

（1）.Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and Chinese medicine for stroke;
（2）.There are not symptoms of increased muscle tone of the limbs, and the modified Ashworth rating is 0;
（3）.The course of illness is within 1 months;
（4）.Aged 35-70 years;
（5）.Those who are conscious and have stable vital signs;
（6）.Patients or their family members sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）存在肢体痉挛；
（2）合并有肝、肾、造血系统和内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病者;
（3）有视听异常、严重认知障碍、精神性疾病，不能配合检查和治疗者；
（4）妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
（5）生命体征不平稳者。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）.limb spasticity is existed
（2）.Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system;
（3）.Those who have audiovisual abnormalities, severe cognitive impairment, or mental illness, who cannot cooperate with the examination and treatment;
（4）.Pregnant and lactating women
（5）.Those who have not stable vital sign
