研究目的：

评价丹星止颤方在治疗帕金森病中减毒增效的优势，对认知障碍等非运动、运动临床症状的改善作用、对患者生活质量的提升效果，观察提高临床疗效的关键环节，为丹星止颤方治疗帕金森病提供更高级别的循证证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the advantages of Danxing antifibrillation prescription in the treatment of Parkinson's disease with attenuating toxicity and enhancing effect, improve the effect of cognitive impairment and other non-motor and motor clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, observe the key link of improving clinical efficacy, and provide higher level evidence-based evidence for the treatment of Parkinson's disease with Danxing antifibrillation prescription.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合西医PD诊断标准； （2）符合颤证及痰瘀互结型诊断标准； （3）年龄40-80岁，不限性别； （4）Hoehn&Yahr分级≤3级； （5）知情并同意参与该项研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for PD in Western medicine; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of fibrillation syndrome and phlegm-stasis interjunction type; (3) Age 40-80 years old, regardless of gender; (4) Hoehn&Yahr grade ≤3; (5) Informed and consented to participate in the study.

排除标准：

（1）有严重疾病或脏器衰竭者； （2）精神病类或颅脑外伤者； （3）滥用药物史或酗酒史者； （4）受试者对试验药物过敏； （5）3个月内，曾参加其他临床药物试验者； （6）有吞咽功能障碍不能或不愿服用该试验药物者； （7）孕妇及哺乳期患者； （8）曾行DBS手术患者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with serious diseases or organ failure; (2) Psychiatric or extracranial injuries; (3) a history of drug abuse or alcoholism; (4) the subject is allergic to the test drug; (5) Have participated in other clinical drug trials within 3 months; (6) Unable or unwilling to take the test drug because of swallowing dysfunction; (7) Pregnant women and lactating patients; (8) Patients who had undergone DBS surgery;
