研究目的：

1.新辅助放疗联合手术对比手术治疗对中央型肝癌患者的预后改善作用； 2.基于多组学的新辅助放疗治疗中央型肝癌患者的疗效评估； 3.新辅助放疗对肝癌患者术后早期复发改善作用的亚组分析。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The prognostic improvement of neoadjuvant radiotherapy combined with surgery in patients with centrally located hepatocellular carcinoma compared with surgical treatment; 2. Evaluation of the efficacy of neoadjuvant radiotherapy for patients with centrally located hepatocellular carcinoma based on multiomics; 3.Subgroup analysis of the improvement effect of neoadjuvant radiotherapy on early postoperative recurrence in liver cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18岁； 2. 手术切除后病理组织学诊断为肝细胞癌； 3. Child-Pugh分级 A级； 4. ECOG评分0-1分； 5. 中央型肝癌：指的是与肝静脉、门静脉、胆管系统肝内主干分支或肝后下腔静脉黏连，或距离小于1 cm的肝肿瘤；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 18 years old; 2. Pathological diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma after surgical resection; 3. Child-Pugh grade A; 4. ECOG score 0-1 points; 5.Centrally located HCC is defined as a carcinoma adjoined hepatic portals, less than 1 cm from major vascular structures (including the main portal branches, the main trunks of the hepatic veins as well as the inferior vena cava) which are usually located in Couinaud segments I, IV, V, VIII, or at the junction of the central segments.

排除标准：

1.接受过其他形式的放射治疗；
2.临床资料不齐全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have received other forms of radiation therapy;
2. Incomplete clinical data.
