Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of self blood glucose monitoring supported by telemedicine system and simple self blood glucose monitoring on blood glucose of type 2 diabetes patients out of hospital

纳入标准：

2型糖尿病患者；年龄18-75岁；7% < HbA1c < 8%；病程5-10年；同意签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

T2DM with suboptimal glycemic control (7% < HbA1c < 8%), aged 18–75 years, with a diabetes duration of 5–10 years and unified signing of informed consent form

排除标准：

排除标准为急性感染、恶性肿瘤、肝衰竭、妊娠或哺乳、长期皮质醇治疗以及无法使用智能手机应用程序

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria were acute infection, malignant tumor, liver failure, pregnancy or lactation, long-term cortisol treatment, and inability to use smartphone applications

分发华益精点血糖仪，并且通过蓝牙与华益糖管家APP相连，医生远程辅导患者自我监测血糖

Patients in the test group received a blood glucose meter(BGM). The name of the BGM was SINOMEDISITE which connected to the APP(Huayi Glucose Butler) through Bluetooth. Remote tutoring by doctors for patient self-monitoring of blood sugar.
