研究目的：

观察超声引导下行髂腹下-髂腹股沟-生殖股神经总支联合阻滞应用于老年腹股沟疝手术的价值与可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective in this study was to investigate the feasibility of ultrasound-guided iliohypogastric-ilioinguinal-genitofemoral nerve block in inguinal hernia surgery of the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、ASA I-III级；2、BMI≤28；3、年龄≥60岁；4、无认知障碍；5、无凝血障碍；6、无穿刺部位严重感染；7、无局麻药过敏史。

Inclusion criteria

1.I-III grade based on the standards from American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA); 2. body mass index (BMI) ≤ 28; 3.age ≥ 60 years old; 4.no cognitive impairment; 5.no coagulopathy; 6.no serious infection of the puncture site; 7.no history of local anesthetic allergy.

排除标准：

1.严重心衰; 2.肺栓塞; 3.肺动脉高压等无法配合的情况; 4.双侧发病; 5.既往下腹部手术史

Exclusion criteria：

1.severe heart failure; 2.pulmonary embolism; 3.pulmonary hypertension and other uncooperative conditions; 4.bilateral onset; 5.history of previous lower abdominal surgery.
