研究目的：

评价内窥镜手术系统用于胸外科手术的安全性及有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the endoscopic surgery system in thoracic surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 18 周岁≤实际年龄≤80 周岁。
2) 需接受胸外科机器人手术治疗，并有以下手术治疗指征之一:
(1) 肺叶切除术或肺叶袖状切除术；
(2) 亚肺叶切除术；
(3) 纵隔肿块切除术。
3) 愿意配合并完成研究随访及相关检查。
4) 自愿参加本试验并书面签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1)18 years old ≤ actual age ≤80 years old.
2)Thoracic robotic surgery is required and one of the following surgical indications is indicated:
(1)Lobectomy or sleeve lobectomy;
(2)Sub-lobectomy;
(3)Resection of mediastinal mass.
3)Those who is willing to cooperate and complete the study follow-up and related examinations.
4)Those who is willing to take part in the experiment voluntarily and sign the informed consent in writing.

排除标准：

1） 需行急诊手术者。
2） 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。
3） 有严重心血管或循环系统疾病且不能耐受手术。
4） 近 3 个月内参与过其他研究性药物或器械临床试验。
5） 精神疾病史的受试者。
6） 无法理解试验要求，或不能完成研究随访计划。
7） 研究者认为不适宜参加本次临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1)Those who need emergency surgery.
2)Pregnant or lactating women.
3)Severe cardiovascular or circulatory diseases and cannot tolerate surgery.
4)Participated in clinical trials of other investigational drugs or devices within the past 3 months.
5)Subjects with a history of mental illness.
6)Unable to understand the trial requirements or complete the follow-up plan.
7)Those who was considered inappropriate to participate in this clinical trial by researchers.
