研究目的：

探讨糖尿病患者在颅脑损伤后不同程度的血糖控制目标值对其预后的影响，旨在进一步明确糖尿病患者颅脑损伤后最佳血糖控制目标值，提升颅脑损伤患者的救治成功率，降低致残率及致死率，提升患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the influence of different levels of blood glucose control target of diabetes patients after brain injury on their prognosis, in order to further clarify the optimal blood glucose control target of diabetes patients after brain injury, improve the success rate of treatment of patients with brain injury, reduce the disability rate and mortality rate, and improve the quality of life of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①依据《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2020年版）》所有入院患者均符合糖尿病诊断标准：随机血糖≥11.1mmol/L或空腹血糖浓度≥7.0mmol/L或餐后两小时血糖浓度≥11.1mmol/L，可以将HbA1c≥6.5%作为糖尿病的补充诊断标准。②所选患者致伤原因明确且均行头颅CT（或MRI）检查，明确颅脑损伤诊断。③所有受试者均为成年患者，且均签署知情同意书。④年龄>18岁，性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

① According to the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes (2020 Edition), all admitted patients meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes: random blood glucose ≥ 11.1 mmol/L, fasting blood glucose ≥ 7.0 mmol/L, or blood glucose ≥ 11.1 mmol/L in two hours after meal. HbA1c ≥ 6.5% can be used as a supplementary diagnostic criteria for diabetes. ② The selected patients had a clear cause of injury and were all examined with head CT (or MRI) to make clear the diagnosis of brain injury. ③ All the subjects were adult patients and signed the informed consent form. ④ Age>18 years old, gender unlimited.

排除标准：

①入院时致伤原因不明确患者；②入院时无头颅CT（或MRI）影像检查结果患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with unclear cause of injury at admission; ② There were no patients with head CT (or MRI) imaging results at the time of admission.
