研究目的：

系统收集围手术期老人不良事件（衰弱、胃肠道功能障碍、睡眠障碍、认知障碍、疼痛等）发生影响因素，构建围手术期老年患者不良事件风险预警模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To systematically collect the influencing factors of adverse events (frailty, gastrointestinal dysfunction, sleep disorders, cognitive impairment, pain, etc.) in elderly patients during the perioperative period, and to construct a risk warning model for adverse events in elderly patients during the perioperative period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄60-85岁 ②拟行择期手术治疗的患者 ③美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级为1-3级 ④知情同意，自愿参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

① Age 60-85 years old ② Patients scheduled for elective surgery ③ American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade 1-3 ④ Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study

排除标准：

①合并精神或严重视听及认知功能障碍无法沟通者； ② 疾病过于严重或其他原因无法行手术治疗； ③ 因各种原因无法配合研究者完成评估或资料收集者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Combined with mental or severe audio-visual and cognitive impairment, unable to communicate; ② The disease is too serious or other reasons for surgical treatment; ③ Unable to cooperate with the researchers to complete the assessment or data collection for various reasons.

本研究采用便利抽样法，选取2023年1月至2023年11月于广东省中医院、中山市中医院、佛山市中医院、顺德区中医院、东莞市中医院、深圳市中医院、惠州市中医院骨科、肝胆外科、胃肠外科就诊拟行择期手术的老年患者。

In this study, convenience sampling method was used to select elderly patients who were scheduled for elective surgery in Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shunde District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Huizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to November 2023.
