回顾性比较球囊压迫术与射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛恶心、呕吐发生情况； 三叉神经微球囊压迫扩张术后恶心、呕吐的机制研究及预防用药  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the nausea and vomiting of percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation (PRT) and percutaneous balloon compression (PBC) for trigeminal neuralgia (TN). Study on the mechanism of nausea and vomiting after percutaneous balloon compression for trigeminal neuralgia and preventative drugs

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

同时符合以下条件 （1）符合原发性三叉神经痛诊断标准； （2）行头颅MRI检查除外占位； （3）50岁≤年龄≤85岁 （4）7分≤VAS评分≤10分

Inclusion criteria

All the patients were selected based on the following criteria: (1) primary TN based on symptoms described by the International Headache Society Classification; (2)normal brain magnetic resonance imaging findings; (3)Age:50~85years (4) a pain visual analog scale (VAS) score over 7/10 and with a poor quality of life because of the pai3n

排除标准：

（1）不能配合的患者； （2）出凝血异常

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients who can not cooperate (2)abnormal coagulation function
