分析颊针疗法用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者镇痛治疗的应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

Analysis of the application value of buccal acupuncture in analgesia of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

通过对比研究妇科腹腔镜手术患者是否行颊针疗法镇痛治疗中，术中不同时间点血流动力学指标（心率、平均动脉压），麻醉镇痛药物的用量，术前术后血清炎症指标（CRP、IL-6、PCT、SAA）的变化，灌注指数（PI）值，术后恶心呕吐副作用的发生率以及术后疼痛评分情况。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

By comparing and studying whether patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery receive buccal acupuncture for analgesia, the hemodynamic indexes (heart rate, mean arterial pressure), the dosage of anesthetic and analgesic drugs, the changes of serum inflammatory indexes (CRP, IL-6, PCT, SAA) before and after operation, the perfusion index (PI) value, the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting side effects and the postoperative pain score. 

纳入标准：

1.美国麻醉师协会(ASA) 分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级；
2.体重指数≤30 kg/m2；
3.患者知情签署自愿参与书。

Inclusion criteria

1. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II;
2. Body mass index <= 30 kg/m2;
3. The patient signed the voluntary participation letter.

排除标准：

1.合并严重肝、肾、心功能障碍；
2.合并精神病家族史；
3.认知功能异常或存在腹腔镜手术禁忌证；
4.凝血功能、免疫功能障碍；
5.合并其他恶性肿瘤疾病或长期使用镇静剂、安眠药者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe liver, kidney and heart dysfunction;
2. Family history of psychosis;
3. Abnormal cognitive function or contraindication of laparoscopic surgery;
4. Coagulation function and immune dysfunction;
5. Complicated with other malignant tumor diseases or long-term use of sedatives and hypnotics.
