纳入标准：

免疫性结膜炎诊断标准 参考《免疫性结膜炎临床诊疗专家共识》及《眼科学八年制第3版》给出的免疫性结膜炎诊断标准 ① 眼痒或异物感并伴睑结膜乳头、滤泡增多 ② 眼痒或异物感并伴结膜充血 ③ 眼痒或异物感并伴球结膜或眼睑水肿 ④ 眼痒或异物感并伴结膜囊分泌物或睑腺口分泌物增多 ⑤ 眼痒或异物感并伴角膜特异性改变 以上5项满足任意一项者，即可诊断为免疫性结膜炎 免疫性结膜炎患者纳入标准 符合免疫性结膜炎诊断标准且无以下情况者 ① 无角膜炎、巩膜炎、翼状胬肉、葡萄膜炎、眼内炎、角膜变性及角膜溃疡 ② 6个月内无眼部手术、外伤史，4周内无眼部用药史，未接受激素替代治疗 ③ 无角膜接触镜配戴史 ④ 无眼表结构异常及角膜病变 ⑤ 无全身系统疾病

Inclusion criteria

Diagnostic criteria for immunologic conjunctivitis The criteria for the diagnosis of immunologic conjunctivitis given by the consensus of experts in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of immunologic conjunctivitis and the eighth edition of “ophthalmology” were used ① Eye itching or foreign body sensation with increased palpebral conjunctival papillae, blebs ② Eye itching or foreign body sensation with conjunctival hyperemia ③ Itchy or foreign body sensation with bulbar conjunctiva or eyelid edema ④ Eye itching or foreign body sensation with increased conjunctival sac secretions or Meibomian gland orifice secretions ⑤ Itchy or foreign body sensation with corneal specific changes A diagnosis of immune conjunctivitis was made when any of the above 5 items were met Patients with immune conjunctivitis inclusion criteria Those who met the diagnostic criteria for immunologic conjunctivitis without the following ① There were no cases of keratitis, scleritis, pterygium, uveitis, endophthalmitis, corneal degeneration, and corneal ulcers ② No history of ocular surgery, trauma within 6 months, no history of ocular medication within 4 weeks, no hormone replacement therapy ③ No corneal contact lens match history ④ There were no structural abnormalities of the ocular surface or keratopathy ⑤ No systemic disease

排除标准：

免疫性结膜炎患者排除标准 不符合免疫性结膜炎诊断与纳入标准或包含以下任一情况者 ①患有青光眼或白内障等需紧急治疗的眼部疾病患者； ② 患者有圆锥角膜或除免疫性结膜炎外其他眼病者； ③ 孕妇，婴幼儿或依从性差、无法配合检查者； ④ 研究中因个人原因中途退出者或未能全程配合研究者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for patients with immunologic conjunctivitis Not meeting immunologic conjunctivitis diagnosis with inclusion criteria or containing any of the following ① Patients with ocular diseases such as glaucoma or cataract that require urgent treatment; ② Patients had keratoconus or those with eye diseases other than immunologic conjunctivitis; ③ Pregnant women, infants, or poor compliance and inability to cooperate with examiners; ④ Withdrawal from study for personal reasons or failure to cooperate with investigator throughout

明目止痒熏洗方治疗组100人（200只眼，给予明目止痒熏洗方治疗，3次/日熏眼）。明目止痒熏洗方由秦皮、黄芩、防风、细辛、甘草等中药按一定比例配伍而成。药物由黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院药剂科提供。使用方法为：将1日剂量复方浸泡于500ml水中，煮沸后移至平台，患者睁开双目用热蒸汽熏眼，距离以患者耐受程度为准，患者可自行调节，时间为15分钟，熏蒸完毕后，如眼部有分泌物，待水温转凉后，可将容器内药汁倒出少许至另一碗中，清洁双手后，用药汁清洗双眼，洗净眼部分泌物，随后将污染过的药汁倒掉。每日第二、三次理疗无需再加水或中药，只需烧开后再重复以上熏眼步骤即可，每日3次，14日为一疗程。

Intervention：

A treatment group of 100 people (200 eyes, treated with Ming Mu Zhi Yang Steam and Wash Formula, 3 times per day). The Ming Mu Zhi Yang Steam and Wash Formula is a combination of traditional Chinese medicine such as Ash bark,Scutellaria baicalensis,Saposhnikovia divaricata ,Asarum,Radix liquiritiaein a certain proportion. The medication is provided by the Pharmacy Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The usage method is as follows: soak the 1-day dose compound in 500ml of water, after boiled it then move it to the platform. The patient opens their eyes and steam with the medicine for 15 minutes at a distance that depends on the patient's tolerance level. The patient can adjust After the fumigation is completed, if there is discharges from the eyes, wait for the medicine temperature to cool down. Pour a small amount of the medicine juice from the container into another bowl, clean both hands, wash both eyes with the medicine liquid. Repeat these above procudures 3 times a day and lasts for 14 days .

符合纳入条件的门诊患者400名（共800只眼）采用随机数字法分配(随机分为4组)，年龄不限，性别不限（研究通过黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院伦理委员会审查，所有参与者及其监护人均自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书）。
