研究目的：

（1）探索养老机构新入住老年人适应现状和影响因素； （2）基于社会生态系统理论，构建养老机构新入住老年人适应的干预方案； （3）应用并评价干预方案的效果，以期为提高养老机构新入住老年人适应水平提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Explore the adaptation status and influencing factors of the newly admitted elderly in nursing institutions; (2) Based on the theory of social ecological system, construct an intervention program for the adaptation of the elderly newly admitted to nursing institutions; (3) Apply and evaluate the effect of intervention programs, in order to provide a reference for improving the adaptation level of newly admitted elderly people in nursing institutions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

老年人：①年龄≥60岁; ②入住养老机构1个月以内；③具备正常交流能力，可独立或者在他人协助下完成调查；④知情同意，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age≥ 60 years old; (2) Stay in a nursing home for less than 1 month; (3) Have normal communication skills and be able to complete investigations independently or with the assistance of others; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①合并其他严重威胁生命的疾病者；②参与其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with other serious life-threatening diseases; (2) Participate in other studies.

便利选取郑州市某一养老集团下规模、环境、文化、配置等各方面相近的两家养老机构，从中选取符合纳入和排除标准的老年人进行整群纳入，采用抛硬币法将两家机构随机分为对照组和干预组
