研究目的：

观察呼吸训练对居家肺康复的稳定期COPD老年患者的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of respiratory training on elderly patients with stable COPD undergoing home-based pulmonary rehabilitation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①60 岁≤年龄≤80 岁；②FEV1/FVC＜70%，且 30%＜FEV1%pred＜80%③近 2 周内无症状加重或用药改变；④无合并支气管哮喘或支气管扩张患者；⑤患者本人或家属能使用手机和微信；⑥患者无长期吸烟史或已经戒烟；⑦患者本人或患者家属自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≤ 60 years; age ≤80 years; ②FEV1/FVC < 70%, and 30% < FEV1%pred< 80%③ no symptom aggravation or medication change in the last 2 weeks; (4) no patients with bronchial asthma or bronchiectasis; (5) Patients or their family members can use mobile phones and WeChat; ⑥ The patient has no long-term smoking history or has quit smoking; ⑦ The patient himself or his family members sign the informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

①合并呼吸衰竭；②严重的心血管疾病；③严重的肝肾功能疾病；④近 3 个月行手术患者；⑤已经参与其他肺康复项目患者；⑥其他不适合呼吸训练的患者；⑦未签署知情同意书的受试者;

Exclusion criteria：

① Combined with respiratory failure; ② Severe cardiovascular disease; ③ Severe diseases of liver and kidney function; (4) Patients undergoing surgery within the last 3 months; ⑤ Patients who have participated in other pulmonary rehabilitation programs; ⑥ Other patients who are not suitable for breathing training; ⑦ Subjects who do not sign informed consent;
