研究目的：

1)对穴位按压治疗变应性鼻炎的临床对照试验进行系统评价及meta分析，评价该方案的疗效。 2）中-重度变应性鼻炎患者进行中医体质调查、分析，筛选出虚性中-重度变应性鼻炎患者。 3)“线上+线下”模式，观察鼻炎穴位指压操的临床疗效及其对鼻功能的影响。 4) 通过对目标患者鼻腔分泌物中细胞因子的分析，探讨该方案的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1) A systematic evaluation and meta-analysis of a controlled clinical trial of acupressure for the treatment of allergic rhinitis was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of the protocol. 2) To investigate and analyse the TCM constitution of patients with moderate-to-severe allergic rhinitis and to screen out patients with deficiency moderate-to-severe allergic rhinitis. 3) Observe the clinical efficacy of acupressure exercises on rhinitis acupoints and their effects on nasal function in the "online + offline" mode. 4) Analysis of cytokines in the nasal secretions of target patients to explore the mechanism of action of the programme.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合 AR 中西诊断标准者，中医体质辨识为虚性，且符合中-重度变应性鼻炎标准；
2.年龄在 18-65岁之间,性别不限；
3.血清特异性IgE试验至少对下列一种甚至更多种的变应原阳性：尘螨、屋尘、动物毛皮屑、蟑螂或霉菌；
4.受试者需知情同意并签署知情同意书,志愿参加研究；
5.能够按要求完成病例观察表等相关记录。

Inclusion criteria

1 Each participant must have a diagnosis of PAR according to the diagnostic criteria(3, 8, 9).
2 Aged 18 to 65. No gender limited.
3 Serum-specific IgE test positive for at least one or more of the following allergens: dust mites, house dust, animal fur dander, cockroaches or moulds.
4 Volunteered to participate in the trial and signed an informed consent form.
5 Ability of finishing the case report forms (CRF) by themselves or with the investigators assistance when necessary.

排除标准：

1.急性鼻炎(伤风),血管运动性鼻炎,自主神经性鼻炎,嗜酸性粒细胞增多性非变态反应性鼻炎,或血清 IgE 阴性者；
2.头面局部皮肤病变如烧伤、湿疹、溃疡、冻疮破溃者；
3.孕妇及肿瘤患者；
4.由于智力或行为障碍不能充分配合完成试验者；
5.因工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的患者；
6.目前使用全身糖皮质激素治疗；
7.哮喘病史且目前正在使用激素类药物治疗；
8.对研究药物过敏或有禁忌症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Acute rhinitis (typhoid), vasomotor rhinitis, autonomic rhinitis, eosinophilic non-allergic rhinitis, or serum IgE negative.
2 Local skin lesions on the head and face such as burns, eczema, ulcers, frostbite breakouts.
3 Pregnancy or menstruation (After menstruation can be treated, the dating should be marked). Lactating women.
4 Participants with dysnoesia or behavioral disorders will be unable to cooperate with the study.
5 Participants who are easily lost to follow-up.
6 Those who are using systemic or local hormones for asthma or other diseases.
7 Participants with a history of asthma and currently treated with hormonal drugs.
8 Participants with allergies or contraindications to study drugs.
