研究目的：

1、探索CMI发生率及其危险因素; 2、探查CMI与其他脑小血管病影像标志物的关联; 3、揭示CMI的发病机制; 4、阐释CMI导致认知功能障碍的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the incidence of CMI and its risk factors; 2. To explore the association between CMI and other imaging markers of cerebral small vessel disease; 3. To reveal the pathogenesis of CMI; 4. To elucidate the mechanism by which CMI leads to cognitive dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、贵航贵阳医院神经内科脑血管损伤患者,即满足以下6种影像标志物中的至少1种,包括:①白质高信号Fazekas评分≥2分;②Fazekas评分=1分且含有2个血管危险因素;③≥1个腔隙性脑梗死灶;④≥1个非腔隙性梗死灶;⑤≥1个脑微出血灶;⑥≥1个颅内出血灶; 2、年龄≥50岁，≤80岁; 3、均行头颅MRI检查(3D_T1,3D_T2,3D_T2-FLAIR,3D_DIR,DWI,SWI,ASL,QSM); 4、签署知情同意书。需同时符合上述标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with cerebrovascular injury in the Department of Neurology, Guihang Guiyang Hospital, patients had to show at least one of the following forms of vascular brain injury on MRI,①white matter hyperintensities (WMH) with a Fazekas scale grade ≥2,②Fazekas scale grade 1 and an increased vascular risk defined as the presence of ≥2 vascular risk factors (hypertension,hypercholesterolemia, diabetes mellitus, obesity, current smoking, or a reported history of a vascular event other than stroke);③≥1 lacunar infarct(s); ④≥1 nonlacunar infarct(s); ⑤≥1 cerebral microbleed(s);⑥≥1 intracerebral hemorrhag; 2.Aged ≥ 50 years, ≤ 80 years; 3. All underwent head MRI examination(3D_T1,3D_T2,3D_T2-FLAIR,3D_DIR,DWI,SWI,ASL,QSM); 4.Sign the informed consent form. The above criteria must be met at the same time.

排除标准：

1、图像质量欠佳无法评估分析; 2、其他脑部疾病:如肿瘤、外伤、代谢/中毒、感染等; 3、抑郁或其他精神类疾病。符合上述一项即排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor image quality that unable to evaluate and analyze; 2. Other brain diseases: such as tumors, trauma, metabolism/poisoning, infections, etc; 3. Depression or other mental illnesses. If one of the above items is met, it will be exclud
