研究目的：

（1）了解兰州市多家三甲医院神经内科脑卒中患者口腔健康管理现状、脑卒中患者的需求以及目前临床实践中可能存在的问题。 （2）构建一套科学、系统的脑卒中患者口腔健康管理临床实践方案，以期促进脑卒中患者的口腔健康，改善患者生活质量，为临床干预性研究奠定基础。 （3）修订和完善脑卒中患者口腔健康管理临床实践方案，以保证方案构建的有效性、安全性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To understand the current status of oral health management of stroke patients in the neurology departments of several tertiary hospitals in Lanzhou, the needs of stroke patients and the possible problems in current clinical practice. (2) To construct a scientific and systematic clinical practice plan for oral health management of stroke patients in order to promote oral health and improve the quality of life of stroke patients, and to lay the foundation for clinical intervention studies. (3) To revise and improve the clinical practice protocol of oral health management for stroke patients to ensure the effectiveness, safety and feasibility of the protocol construction.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合中华医学会神经病学分会脑血管病学组制定的《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》中缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中的诊断标准，并经CT或MRI确诊；②年龄≥18周岁；③意识清楚，并具备一定沟通交流能力；④同意接受口腔牙周检查和护理并能配合完成问卷调查，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke in the "Diagnostic Points of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" developed by the Cerebrovascular Diseases Group of the Chinese Medical Association Neurology Branch and confirmed by CT or MRI; (2) be ≥18 years of age; (3) be conscious and have some communication skills; (4) agree to receive oral periodontal examination and care and be able to cooperate with the completion of the questionnaire and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①患有其他全身免疫系统疾病（如干燥综合征、系统性红斑狼疮、过敏性紫癜等）；②存在疼痛感受异常、伴发认知障碍、精神障碍等；③合并其他口腔疾病；④入院时已经存在肺部感染者、采用间歇经口-食管/胃管进食法者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) other systemic immune system diseases (such as dry syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, allergic purpura, etc.); (2) abnormal pain perception, concomitant cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorders, etc.; (3) other oral diseases in combination; (4) those who already have pulmonary infections at the time of admission, or those who use intermittent transoral-esophageal/gastric feeding.
