研究目的：

（1）利用中文版Wound-QoL量表评估慢性创面患者的生活质量，了解慢性创面患者生活质量的现状； （2）分析慢性创面患者生活质量的影响因素，采取有针对性的干预措施，为患者提供相应的需求，提高患者的生活质量，改善患者的预后。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Evaluate the quality of life of patients with chronic wounds using the Chinese version of the Wound QoL scale to understand the current status of quality of life in patients with chronic wounds; (2) Analyze the influencing factors of quality of life in patients with chronic wounds, adopt targeted intervention measures, provide corresponding needs for patients, improve their quality of life, and improve their prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合慢性创面诊断，创面病程≥14天；②年龄≥18岁；③沟通能力正常；④自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Conforming to the diagnosis of chronic wounds, with a wound course of ≥ 14 days; ② Age ≥ 18 years old; ③ Normal communication skills; ④ Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①非慢性伤口（如手术伤口和皮肤肿瘤，由于大小和恶性程度需要较长时间才能愈合）；②患有痴呆或其他精神疾病的患者；③存在影响伤口愈合高危因素的人群，如严重营养不良者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Non chronic wounds (such as surgical wounds and skin tumors, which require a longer time to heal due to their size and malignancy); ② Patients with dementia or other mental illnesses; ③ People with high-risk factors that affect wound healing, such as severely malnourished individuals.
