探究家庭环境中健康信息数字化反哺的干预方式对中老年人身心健康的影响，比较家庭健康信息数字化反哺干预模式与传统健康教育模式对中老年人身心健康产生的效果差异，从而为改善中老年人身心健康的干预措施提供相应依据，探究出一套数字化的、可推广、可持续的家庭健康信息干预模式。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the impact of intervention methods for digital feedback of health information in the family environment on the physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly people, comparing the effectiveness of digital feedback intervention mode of family health information with traditional health education mode on the physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly people, in order to provide corresponding basis for improving intervention measures for the physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly people, and exploring a set of digital, scalable, and sustainable family health information intervention modes.

纳入标准：

·年龄在45岁及以上 ·有子女目前正在湖北中医药大学就读 ·研究对象及子女配合参加本次试验 ·具有正常的听，说，读，写的能力 ·配合日常使用数字技术 ·自愿参加研究，签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

·Age 45 and above ·Having children currently studying at Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ·The research subjects and their children cooperated in participating in this experiment ·Having normal listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities ·Collaborate with daily use of digital technology ·Volunteer to participate in research and sign informed consent form

排除标准：

·研究对象无固定联系方式、无子女负责联系、不方便电话或微信联系 ·研究对象服用任何精神类药物 ·研究对象存在神志不清、语言表达不清等精神症状 ·研究对象合并其他系统严重疾病、严重躯体功能损害 ·研究对象同时参与其他临床试验 ·其它原因不适合参与试验

Exclusion criteria：

·The research subjects have no fixed contact information, no children are responsible for contacting, and it is not convenient to contact them by phone or WeChat ·Subjects taking any psychotropic drugs ·The research subjects have mental symptoms such as confusion and unclear language expression ·The study subjects merged with other serious systemic diseases and severe physical functional impairment ·The study subjects also participated in other clinical trials ·Other reasons are not suitable for participating in the experiment

本研究存档数据由人工搜集的纸质数据和人工智能程序存储的电子数据文件构成，纸质数据包括研究者要求受访者填写的问卷内容、研究者。其中，纸质数据在按要求完成数据录入和核查后，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考；电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等，由微信服务平台后台生成，分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。所有原始档案按相应规定内的期限保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data of this study consists of manually collected paper data and electronic data files stored by artificial intelligence programs. The paper data includes the content of the questionnaires that the researcher asked the respondents to fill out. After completing the data entry and verification, the paper data will be archived and stored in the order of numbers, and filled with retrieval catalogues for future reference. The electronic data includes databases, inspection procedures, analysis procedures, analysis results, and codebooks and description files, which will be generated by the WeChat service platform. the data will be stored in categories, and multiple backups will be stored on different disks or recording media to be properly stored to prevent damage. All original files are kept for the time limit within the corresponding regulations.
