研究目的：

探索保护性造口自动闭合从而避免造口闭合手术的可能性，以及最佳的手术方法  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the possibility of stoma closure operation induced spontaneous closure of a protective stoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1, 男和女年龄18岁以上 2，能够和愿意签署知情同意书 3,腹膜外直肠吻合，即低位前切除 4, 结肠肛管吻合5，回肠贮袋肛管吻合6, 腹腔内直肠吻合，但术前存在结肠梗阻

Inclusion criteria

1. Male and female aged 18 years old and over;
2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent;
3. Extraperitoneal rectal anastomosis, ie. lower anterior resection;
4. Coloanal anastomosis;
5. Ileal pouch-anal anastomosis;
6. Intraperitoneal rectal anastomosis with preoperative colonic obstruction.

排除标准：

1， 直肠癌晚期伴有腹膜转移

Exclusion criteria：

Advanced colorectal cancer with peritoneal metastasis
