研究目的：

本研究基于文献回顾构建无支撑上肢锻炼方案，并验证无支撑上肢锻炼干预方案对COPD患者上肢活动能力、呼吸困难、生活质量的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study constructs an unsupported upper limb exercise program based on the literature review and validates the intervention effects of unsupported upper limb exercise program on upper limb mobility, dyspnea, and quality of life in COPD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球倡议制定的COPD相关诊断标准，按照肺功能分级要求符合中重度，即 30%≤FEV1%pred＜80%；（2）没有接受过规范的上肢康复锻炼；（3）疾病处于稳定阶段：指患者咳嗽、喘息等症状轻微或无，静息状态下血氧饱和度≥88%且病人已获得出院许可证；（4）意识清楚，具有运动、沟通交流能力；（5）所有患者均知情同意并签署合作协议书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) conform to the COPD-related diagnostic criteria established by the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and conform to moderate severity according to pulmonary function grading requirements, i.e., 30% ≤ FEV1%pred < 80%; (2) have not received standardized upper extremity rehabilitation exercises; (3) the disease is in a stable stage: meaning that the patient has mild or no symptoms such as coughing and wheezing, and the oxygen saturation at rest is ≥ 88% and the patient has obtained a discharge permit; (4) are conscious and have the ability to exercise and communicate; (5) all patients have given informed consent and signed the cooperation agreement.

排除标准：

（1）其它严重肺部疾病：包括肺癌、间质性肺炎、肺结核、气胸、肺血栓等；（2）合并严重的心脑血管疾病、严重的肝肾功能不全、骨质疏松、重症肌无力、妊娠及哺乳期妇女等；（3）有上肢运动障碍及其他相关禁忌症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) other serious lung diseases: including lung cancer, interstitial pneumonia, tuberculosis, pneumothorax, pulmonary thrombosis, etc.; (2) combined with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, osteoporosis, myasthenia gravis, pregnancy and lactating women, etc.; (3) patients with upper limb movement disorders and other related contraindications.
