研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨多学科营养管理团队在胃癌住院手术期间的应用效果，在营养治疗中，肠内营养相比肠外营养在临床上应用更多。本研究旨在探讨围手术期营养指导及多种形式营养支持治疗改善胃癌患者住院前身体营养状态，增强住院手术期身体条件，提高术后恢复质量，为进一步开展辅助治疗提供保障，为日后全面开展实施胃癌患者的围手术期临床营养管理和干预提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the application effect of multidisciplinary nutrition management team during inpatient surgery for gastric cancer. In nutritional treatment, enteral nutrition is more clinically used than parenteral nutrition. The purpose of this study was to explore how perioperative nutritional guidance and various forms of nutritional support could improve the nutritional status of patients with gastric cancer before hospitalization, enhance the physical conditions during hospitalization and operation, improve the quality of postoperative recovery, provide guarantee for further adjuvant therapy, and provide reference for the comprehensive implementation of perioperative clinical nutritional management and intervention in patients with gastric cancer in the future.

纳入标准：

在中国医学科学院肿瘤医院初诊，并病理诊断确诊为可切除胃腺癌的患者。年龄范围为18-75岁，性别不限，需可进行手术治疗。理解能力、沟通能力正常的患者。自愿参加本次调查。

Inclusion criteria

A patient who was diagnosed as resectable gastric adenocarcinoma by pathology at Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. The age range is 18-75 years old, and the gender is not limited, requiring surgical treatment. Patients with normal understanding and communication skills. Volunteer for this survey

排除标准：

不能耐受肠内营养的患者。腹部手术史。胃癌术后复发或转移癌病人。营养支持期间输血浆或人血白蛋白者。严重过敏体质者。有抑郁、焦虑、认知障碍或依从性不佳者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who cannot tolerate enteral nutrition. History of abdominal surgery. Postoperative recurrence or metastasis of gastric cancer. Patients receiving plasma or human blood albumin during nutritional support. People with severe allergies. People with depression, anxiety, cognitive impairment, or poor compliance.
