建立及比較經皮內視鏡胃造口行動追蹤系統合併即時通訊軟體（percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy with mobile applications app, PEG app）在合併症、再入院、自我照顧與生活品質成效。  

Objectives of Study：

The effect of percutaneous Endoscopic gastrostomy mobile application in complications, readmission, self-care, and quality-of-life outcomes.

纳入标准：

納入條件為首次接受胃管手術者（ PEG 、 有行動裝置，如智慧型手機、平 板、電腦者 、病人或家屬能操作行動裝置、能依規定日期上傳資料、以國 或台語溝通

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria were those who underwent PEG for the first time (PEG, with mobile devices, such as smart phones, patients or family can operate mobile devices, and can upload data, communicate in Taiwanese

排除标准：

鼻胃管患者、胃管及鼻胃管換管者

Exclusion criteria：

Nasogastric tube patients, gastric tube and nasogastric tube replacement
