研究目的：

本研究旨在通过磁共振弥散张量成像观察语言障碍患儿rTMS治疗前后主要语言相关功能区的变化，探讨治疗疗效产生的神经机制，寻找有效治疗靶点，并对疗效个体差异及主要脑功能区DTI变化的相关性进行研究，从而达到疗效的预测，为儿童语言障碍诊断和治疗提供更多临床及影像学参考依据  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the neural mechanism of treatment efficacy and find effective therapeutic targets by magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging on the changes of major language-related functional areas before and after TMS treatment in children with speech disorders, and to study the individual differences in efficacy and the correlation of DTI changes in major brain functional areas, so as to predict efficacy and provide more clinical and imaging reference for the diagnosis and treatment of speech disorders in children.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、语言发育迟缓：语言发育迟缓与语言障碍评估工具进行评价确诊的语言发育遵循正常顺序，但未达到其年龄相应水平的患儿；2、语言功能障碍：语言发育迟缓与语言障碍评估工具进行评价确诊的语言能力存在与生理年龄应有的期望表现有落差或需要协助的患儿；3、年龄3-6岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Language delay: children with language development diagnosed by language delay and language disorder assessment tools follow the normal order, but do not reach the appropriate level for their age;2.Language dysfunction: children with language delay and language disorder assessment tools to evaluate confirmed language skills that are different from the expected performance of biological age or who need assistance;3.Age 3-6 years.

排除标准：

1、伴有听力障碍患儿；2、伴有喉部及口腔器质性发育异常患儿；3、构音障碍及言语流利性异常患儿；4、孤独症患儿；5、合并有神经、心血管、肝、肾、造血系统的严重原发病及精神类疾病患儿；6、体内有金属物等患儿

Exclusion criteria：

1.Children with hearing impairment; 2.Children with laryngeal and oral organic dysplasia; 3.Children with dysarthria and abnormal speech fluency; 4.Children with autism; 5.Children with serious primary diseases and psychiatric diseases of nervous, cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system; 6.Children with metal objects in the body.
