研究目的：

本研究选取冠心病合并高血压患者进行基于症状限制性心肺运动试验（CPET）结果的康复运动训练，旨在探讨康复运动训练对冠心病合并高血压患者自主神经功能及生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients with coronary artery disease combined with hypertension were selected for rehabilitation exercise training based on the results of symptom-limited cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET), with the aim of investigating the effects of rehabilitation exercise training on autonomic function and quality of life in patients with coronary artery disease combined with hypertension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄：40~75岁，冠心病的诊断标准依据《稳定性冠心病诊断与治疗指南》；
②高血压病的诊断标准依据中国高血压防治指南修订委员会颁布的《中国高血压防治指南》（2022年修订版 第三版）；
③初中及以上文化水平，患者意识清楚、病情稳定；
④既往无运动习惯，即运动频率<3次/周、时间<30min/次；
⑤自愿参加此次研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age: 40 to 75 years old, and the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease were based on the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Heart Disease.
②Diagnostic criteria for hypertension disease based on the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China(2022 Revised Third Edition) issued by the Revision Committee of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension.
③ junior high school education level or above, and the patient was conscious and stable.
④ No previous exercise habits, i.e. exercise frequency <3 times/week and duration <30 min/time.
⑤ Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①伴有运动障碍者；
②合并严重心、脑、肾等重要器官功能不全者；
③合并严重心律失常者；
④合并严重瓣膜病变且需手术治疗者；
⑤合并糖尿病及严重并发症者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Those with motor disorders.
②Those with combined severe cardiac, cerebral, renal and other vital organ insufficiency.
③Combined with severe cardiac arrhythmia
④Combined with serious valve lesions and need surgery.
⑤Combined with diabetes mellitus and serious complications.

选取冠心病合并高血压患者50例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和康复组，每组 25 例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗，康复组患者在对照组基础上行基于症状限制性心肺运动试验（CPET）结果的康复运动训练。
