研究目的：

我们旨在检验以下假设:短期正念训练可以改善大学生的心理健康，并改变其脑电图相关指标。  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to test the hypotheses that short-term mindfulness training for undergraduates would improve mental health, and alter EEG-related indicators.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁；
（2）视力正常或者矫正到正常；
（3）未患病理学或临床诊断的身体或精神疾病；
（4）PHQ-9总分＜20分；
（5）GAD-7总分＜15分。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age≥18 years;
(2) with normal vision or corrected to normal;
(3) not suffering pathologically or clinically diagnosed physical or mental disease;
(4) the total score of Patient Health Questionnaire-9<20;
(5) the total score of Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7<15.

排除标准：

（1）有正念训练的经验；
（2）是烟草成瘾者或任何其它类型的成瘾者；
（3）不适合做脑电者（如有金属植入物，严重头颅外伤者或电极过敏）；
（4）PHQ-9总分≥20分；
（5）GAD-7总分≥15分；
（6）崇尚特定宗教信仰，从而导致无法配合课程需求进行冥想的。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) having prior experience of mindfulness training;
(2) being a tobacco or any type addict;
(3) not suitable for electroencephalography (e.g. metallic implants, severe extracranial injuries or electrode allergy);
(4) the total score of PHQ-9≥20;
(5) the total score of GAD-7≥15;
(6) adherent to a particular religious belief and therefore unable to meditate in accordance with the requirements of the course.
