研究目的：

本研究以随机平行对照为设计原则，使用计算机软件产生随机数字，分为盆底磁刺激组、针刺八髎穴组、盆底磁刺激联合针刺八髎穴组，盆底磁刺激组和针刺八髎穴组为对照组，盆底磁刺激联合针刺八髎穴组为试验组，以便秘严重度评分、便秘患者生活质量评分、肛管直肠测压、盆底表面肌电测定、盆底三维动态超声（腔内B超）、SAS焦虑自评量表、SDS抑郁自评量表等为观察指标，深入地研究盆底磁刺激联合针刺八髎穴治疗出口梗阻型便秘的效果，以形成具有中医特色的规范化临床治疗方案。 评估盆底磁刺激联合针刺八髎穴治疗出口梗阻型便秘的有效性、安全性及与单一的盆底磁刺激和针刺八髎穴相比的优越性，产生治疗出口梗阻型便秘的新技术，从而推广这一技术应用于出口梗阻型便秘的临床实践。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, random parallel control was used as the design principle, and computer software was used to generate random numbers. They were divided into pelvic floor magnetic stimulation group, acupuncture Baliao point group, pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with acupuncture Baliao point group. The pelvic floor magnetic stimulation group and acupuncture Baliao point group were the control group, and the pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with acupuncture Baliao point group was the experimental group. The constipation severity score, quality of life score of constipation patients, anorectal manometry, pelvic floor surface electromyography, pelvic floor three-dimensional dynamic ultrasound ( intracavitary B-ultrasound ), SAS anxiety self-rating scale, SDS depression self-rating scale were used as observation indicators. In-depth study of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with acupuncture at Baliao point in the treatment of outlet obstruction constipation, in order to form a standardized clinical treatment plan with Chinese medicine characteristics. To evaluate the efficacy, safety and superiority of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with acupuncture at Baliao points in the treatment of outlet obstructive constipation compared with single pelvic floor magnetic stimulation and acupuncture at Baliao points, and to produce a new technology for the treatment of outlet obstructive constipation, so as to promote the application of this technology in the clinical practice of outlet obstructive constipation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）满足出口梗阻型便秘诊断标准； 2）诊断前症状至少出现６个月，近３个月符合诊断标准； 3）年龄18-70岁之间； 4）知情同意并配合检查、治疗和随访的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1 ) Meet the diagnostic criteria of outlet obstructive constipation ; 2 ) Symptoms appeared at least 6 months before diagnosis, nearly 3 months in line with the diagnostic criteria ; 3 ) Between 18-70 years old ; 4 ) Informed consent and cooperate with examination, treatment and follow-up of patients.

排除标准：

1）肛门直肠疾病包括肛裂、肛瘘、肛周/肌间脓肿、痔、隐窝炎、肛周皮肤病、肛门直肠部肿瘤、IBS、炎性肠病、孤立性直肠溃疡； 2）泌尿生殖系疾病包括子宫内膜异位征、卵巢囊肿、盆腔炎、阴道/宫颈炎、前列腺炎、前列腺增生、尿路感染、间质性膀胱炎、泌尿生殖系肿瘤； 3）妊娠、哺乳期及月经期妇女； 4）骨盆、脊髓外伤史； 5）身上有植入金属物等盆底磁刺激治疗禁忌； 6）因精神异常，长期使用精神类药物； 7）最近３月内有肛门部及盆底手术史； 8）合并严重心脑血管、肝、肾、呼吸系统和造血系统等疾病或恶性肿瘤、严重头痛、血压过高、开放性伤口、脑出血急性期、血管性栓塞和急性传染性疾病； 9）有其他可能影响研究结果的因素或根据研究者判断不宜进入研究的患者； 10）观察期间中断治疗，资料不全，无法判断疗效者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 ) Anorectal diseases include anal fissure, anal fistula, perianal / intermuscular abscess, hemorrhoids, cryptitis, perianal skin disease, anorectal tumor, IBS, inflammatory bowel disease, isolated rectal ulcer ; 2 ) Urogenital diseases include endometriosis, ovarian cysts, pelvic inflammatory disease, vaginal / cervicitis, prostatitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary tract infection, interstitial cystitis, urogenital tumors ; 3 ) Pregnant, lactating and menstrual women ; 4 ) History of pelvic and spinal cord injury ; 5 ) There are contraindications to pelvic floor magnetic stimulation treatment such as implanted metals ; 6 ) Long-term use of psychotropic drugs due to mental disorders ; 7 ) Have a history of anal and pelvic floor surgery in the last 3 months ; 8 ) Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, respiratory system and hematopoietic system diseases or malignant tumors, severe headache, high blood pressure, open wounds, acute cerebral hemorrhage, vascular embolism and acute infectious diseases ; 9 ) Patients with other factors that may affect the results of the study or who are not suitable for the study according to the researcher 's judgment ; 10 ) Interrupted treatment during the observation period, incomplete data, unable to judge the efficacy.

研究负责人借助SPSS26.00软件随机在1-135内生成一组数据，盆底磁刺激组为1-45，针刺八髎穴组为46-90，盆底磁刺激联合针刺八髎穴组为91-135，然后排序处理这些随机数，患者的编号就是随机数的秩次；将所产生出来的随机序号封装在一个袋子里，然后按照患者就诊时间的顺序对患者编号并发放序号。

The person in charge of the study randomly generated a set of data within 1-135 with the help of SPSS26.00 software. The pelvic floor magnetic stimulation group was 1-45, the acupuncture Baliao point group was 46-90, and the pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with acupuncture Baliao point group was 91-135. Then sort and process these random numbers, and the patient 's number is the rank of the random numbers ; the resulting random serial number is encapsulated in a bag, and then the patient is numbered and issued in the order of the patient 's visit time.
