研究目的：

术前焦虑已成为外科与麻醉科医生共同关注的焦点问题，并与患者术后各类并发症及患者满意度高度相关。但是关于其危险因素及对预后的影响，在胸科手术患者中尚缺乏足够及深入的研究。本项目探究胸科手术中术前等待时间与术前焦虑程度的关系，以及两者对手术预后的影响，补充研究术前等待时间是否是术前焦虑的独立危险因素，并探在胸科手术患者中，术前焦虑对术后急性疼痛的影响，以求明确术前等待时间、术前焦虑及术后急性疼痛的并发症的关系，为从心理层面实行术前干预，进而改善术后康复提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Preoperative anxiety has become a common focus of attention for surgeons and anesthesiologists, and is highly correlated with various postoperative complications and patient satisfaction. However, there is still a lack of sufficient and in-depth research on its risk factors and their impact on prognosis in patients undergoing thoracic surgery. This project explores the relationship between preoperative waiting time and preoperative anxiety level in thoracic surgery, as well as their impact on surgical prognosis. It supplements the study on whether preoperative waiting time is an independent risk factor for preoperative anxiety, and explores the impact of preoperative anxiety on postoperative acute pain in patients undergoing thoracic surgery. In order to clarify the relationship between preoperative waiting time, preoperative anxiety, and complications of postoperative acute pain, preoperative intervention is implemented from a psychological perspective, To provide theoretical basis for improving postoperative rehabilitation.

纳入标准：

1、计划接受肺叶/肺段切除择期手术者 2、年龄18-65岁，无重大基础疾病着 3、签署知情同意书者 4、能耐受手术，能配合调查者

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients planning to undergo elective lobectomy/segmental resection surgery 2. Age 18-65 years old, without major underlying diseases 3. Signed informed consent form 4. Able to tolerate surgery and cooperate with investigators

排除标准：

1、既往接受过胸外科手术者 2、ASA分级Ⅳ级及以上者 3、沟通障碍，有精神、神经障碍者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous thoracic surgery 2. ASA Level IV and above 3. Communication disorders, individuals with mental or neurological disorders
