研究目的：

研发颊侧、腭侧及颧牙槽嵴区微种植体植入导板，并在多个研究中心将其应用于临床，对导板植入的准确性、操作的便捷性进行检验，进一步优化导板设计，提高微种植体植入成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

To fabricate surgical guides for buccal, palatal and infrazygomatic mini-implants insertion, and apply them in orthodontic clinic in several research centers to investigate the accuracy and actionability, so as to further improvement in the guide design and the success rate of mini-implant placement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-45岁，性别不限；2. 需在颊侧、腭侧或颧牙槽嵴区植入微种植体的患者；3. 牙周健康，不吸烟，能严格进行口腔卫生维护；4. 植入区骨量可，附着龈宽度足够；5. 身体健康，生长发育正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-45 years old; 2. Patients who need mini-implants insertion in the buccal, palatal and infrazygomatic crest areas; 3. Good periodontal health and oral hygiene maintenance, no smoking; 4. Adequate bone mass in the implantation area, and sufficient width of the attached gingiva; 5. Good health and normal growth.

排除标准：

1. 近3月内接受可能影响骨代谢药物治疗的患者；2. 患有影响骨代谢疾病的患者；3. 阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液过敏；4. 依从性较差，不能按时复诊的患者；5. 孕妇或哺乳期女性，近期有生育计划的育龄妇女；6. 精神异常无行为自主能力; 7. 金属过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Medicine history related to bone metabolism in recent 3 months; 2. Bone metabolism related diseases; 3. Have a history of allergy to articaine epinephrine injection; 4. Bad compliance and subsequent visit can not be achieved on schedule; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, women of childbearing age with recent childbirth plans; 6. Mental abnormality without behavioral autonomy; 7. Be allergic to metals.
