研究目的：

探究上颌扩弓治疗对不同咬合发育阶段、不同生长型牙弓横向宽度不足的儿童及青少年牙弓、基骨弓以及上气道的影响。建立改善牙弓宽度不调与上、下牙弓长度宽度、全牙弓现有长度、基骨弓长度宽度及上气道变化的数学模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of maxillary expansion on the dental arch, basal bone arch and upper airway in children and adolescents with different occlusal development stages and dental arch transverse width deficiency. To establish a mathematical model to improve the arch width imbalance and the changes of the upper and lower arch length and width, the existing length of the full arch, the length and width of the basal bone arch and the upper airway.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患儿年龄在6-12岁，无正畸治疗史，无唇腭裂手术史；
②符合牙弓横向宽度不足的患儿临床诊断；
③所有患儿及监护人自愿配合，患儿智力发育正常；
④对照组为社区内相同年龄、咬合关系及牙弓横向宽度正常的儿童。

Inclusion criteria

① The patients were 6-12 years old and had no history of orthodontic treatment or cleft lip and palate surgery.
② The clinical diagnosis of children with insufficient transverse width of dental arch.
③ All the children and their guardians cooperated voluntarily, and their intellectual development was normal.
④ The control group included children with normal occlusion and dental arch width at the same age.

排除标准：

①患儿有严重的全身系统性疾病，不能参与本项目；
②患者1个月内参加过其他临床试验；
③有严重的自闭症、抑郁症患儿；
④其他原因不适合参与本项目研究或参与者自行退出。

Exclusion criteria：

① The child was unable to participate in this project due to severe systemic diseases.
② patients participated in other clinical trials within 1 month.
③ children with severe autism and depression.
④ Participants were not suitable to participate in the study for other reasons or withdrew by themselves.
