Objectives of Study：

A multicenter, prospective cohort clinical study on the efficacy and safety of tauroursodeoxycholic acid capsules in preventing stone recurrence in patients with choledocholithiasis after ERCP lithotomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

受试者必须满足以下所有入选标准才可入选本研究： 1.年龄18-75周岁（含边界值），性别不限； 2.影像学检查诊断为原发性胆总管结石，且进行ERCP取石术，术后胆总管内无残留结石； 3.受试者表示知情同意、自愿受试并签署知情同意书，并同意按照试验方案的要求参加所有的访视与检查。

Inclusion criteria

Subjects must meet all of the following inclusion criteria to be enrolled in this study: 1. Age 18-75 (including boundary value), gender is not limited. 2. Imaging examination diagnosed primary choledocholithiasis, and ERCP lithotomy was performed, and no residual choledocholithiasis was found in the common bile duct after surgery. 3. The subject expressed informed consent, volunteered to be tested, signed informed consent, and agreed to participate in all visits and examinations as required by the test protocol.

排除标准：

受试者如果满足以下任何一项均将被排除： 1.合并心、脑、肺、肝、肾等严重疾病、恶性肿瘤或精神疾病，或者已知或确诊活动性溃疡或十二指肠溃疡、急性胆囊炎和胆管炎、胆道阻塞（胆总管或胆囊管）、经常性胆绞痛发作、钙化或不透射线的胆结石、胆囊运动功能减弱，或者经研究者判断不适合参与本临床试验的其他情况； 2.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 3.对牛磺熊去氧胆酸胶囊所含任何成份过敏者，或过敏体质者。

Exclusion criteria：

Subject will be excluded if any of the following: 1. Complicated with serious diseases of the heart, brain, lung, liver or kidney, malignant tumor or mental illness, or known or confirmed active ulcers or duodenal ulcers, acute cholecystitis and cholangitis, obstruction of the biliary tract (common bile duct or gallbladder duct), recurrent biliary colic attacks, calcification or radiopaque gallstones, impaired gallbladder motor function, Or other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation in the clinical trial by the investigator; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Allergic to any ingredient contained in tauroursodeoxycholic acid capsules, or allergic constitution.
