探讨多维预康复对术前衰弱的结直肠癌患者衰弱水平和生活质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of multi-dimensional prerehabilitation on frailty level and quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer who were frailty before surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；②经病理诊断为结肠癌或直肠癌；③实施术前新辅助化疗方案；④意识清楚，与调查人员正常沟通无障碍者；⑤知情同意，自愿参与本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

① ≥18 years old; ② Pathological diagnosis of colon cancer or rectal cancer; ③ preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy was performed; ④ Clear consciousness and normal communication with investigators; ⑤ Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

①身体严重虚弱，无法耐受的患者；②合并其他严重身心疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with severe weakness and intolerance; ② with other serious physical and mental diseases.
