纳入标准：

入组标准： 1）获取知情同意书； 2）年龄≥20岁，≤60岁； 3）拟行全麻手术的患者； 4）美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级I~III级

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Obtain informed consent; 2) Age ≥20 years, ≤60 years; 3) Patients who plan to undergo general anesthesia; 4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I to III

排除标准：

排除标准：出现以下任何一项者将被排除出本研究 1) 术前有严重心、脑、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全及电解质异常者； 2) 有精神病史或长期精神类药物（痴呆，精神分裂症）、慢性镇痛药物服用史，酗酒史； 3）有术中使用药物过敏史者； 4) 经 MMSE 量表判定术前存在认知功能障碍者; 5）其他研究者认为不适合参加本研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: Any of the following will be excluded from this study 1) Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction and electrolyte abnormalities before surgery; 2) A history of mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs (dementia, schizophrenia), chronic analgesic drugs, and alcoholism; 3) Patients with a history of intraoperative drug use allergy; 4) Patients with cognitive impairment before surgery were determined by MMSE scale; 5) Patients considered unsuitable for this study by other researchers(YNMT)·
