研究目的：

探讨针灸治疗对卒中后勃起功能障碍患者的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness of Acupuncture for Erectile Dysfunction in Post-Stroke Patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

从我院进行治疗的脑卒中后勃起功能障碍患者中选取100例。根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各50例。对照组给予现代医学常规治疗方式，研究组给予在常规治疗的基础上给予中医适宜技术辅助治疗。对比两组患者国际勃起功能指数问卷调查表简表（international index of erectile function，IIEF-5）、日常生活能力评分比较以及治疗效果。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

100 patients with erectile dysfunction after stroke were admitted to our hospital for treatment from January 2020 to January 2021. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, 50 cases each. The control group was given the conventional treatment methods of modern medicine, and the study group was given the appropriate technology-assisted treatment of traditional Chinese medicine based on the conventional treatment. The two groups of patients with international erectile function index questionnaire (international index of erectile function (IIEF-5)), comparison of daily living ability score, and treatment effect were compared. 

纳入标准：

1.符合阳痿（勃起功能障碍）西医诊断标准者，且发生于脑卒中之后;
2.20≤年龄≤60岁的男性，性欲正常;
3.生命体征平稳，卒中康复期;
4.均为脑卒中首发。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the western medical diagnostic criteria for erectile dysfunction and occur after a stroke;
(2) Aged 20 to 60 years old, normal sexual desire;
(3) stable vital signs, stroke recovery period; All were stroke-onset.

排除标准：

(1)过敏体质及对多种药物过敏者;
(2)心肝脾肺肾等重要脏器存在功能障碍;
(3)合并尿道炎、急性前列腺炎、泌尿系结石等疾病；
(4)试验前3个月参加过其他临床研究者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) People with allergies and allergies to multiple drugs;
(2) Heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and other important organs have dysfunction;
(3) Complicated diseases such as urethritis, acute prostatitis, urinary stones, etc. Participated in other clinical researchers for months.
