研究目的：

本课题拟采用病例对照联合前瞻性队列观察的研究方法，初步探讨难治性痛风中医体质分布特点及危险因素的分析，以期为后续形成规范化预防、治疗提供参考依据；其次对难治性痛风的患者随访观察3个月，以消除回顾性偏倚，弥补病例对照研究的不足，明确真正“难治性痛风”的危险因素及比较难治性痛风不同诊断标准对疾病的诊断效能。  

Objectives of Study：

In this project, the research method of case-control combined with prospective cohort observation is proposed to initially explore the analysis of the physical distribution characteristics and risk factors of traditional Chinese medicine in refractory gout, in order to provide a reference for the subsequent formation of standardized prevention and treatment. Secondly, patients with refractory gout were followed up for 3 months to eliminate retrospective bias, make up for the shortcomings of case-control studies, and clarify the risk factors for real "refractory gout" and the diagnostic efficacy of different diagnostic criteria for refractory gout.

纳入标准：

（1）所有观察患者均符合痛风与难治性痛风的诊断标准；
（2）年龄范围为18～75岁患者，性别不限；
（3）愿意配合且能如实完成临床信息调查表；
（4）所有参与的研究对象均知情同意且自愿贡献其病例资料。

Inclusion criteria

(1) All observed patients met the diagnostic criteria for gout and refractory gout;
(2) The age range is 18~75 years old patients, and the gender is not limited;
(3) Be willing to cooperate and truthfully complete the clinical information questionnaire;
(4) All participants gave informed consent and voluntarily contributed their case data.

排除标准：

（1）精神病患者，有智力障碍、认知损害、对自我症状描述不清或调查不配合者；
（2）依从性差，不愿意接受调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Psychopaths, intellectual disabilities, cognitive impairment, unclear description of self-symptoms or uncooperative investigation;
(2) Those who have poor compliance and are unwilling to accept the survey.
