研究目的：

了解河北省定点医院新冠肺炎的流行病学以及重症患者的治疗现状，寻找重症患者机械通气及死亡的危险因素，总结新冠肺炎重症患者救治过程中的经验和教训，规范治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

It aims to understand epidemiology and treatment status,to explore risk factors impacting mechanical ventilation and mortality,then draw lessons from the past and standardize treatment hospitalized patients with 2019 novel coronavirus–infected pneumonia in intensive care unit.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案（试行第五版）确诊标准，并且诊断为重型或危重型。

Inclusion criteria

All patients with 2019 novel coronavirus–infected pneumonia enrolled in this study were diagnosed according to guidance(trial version 5) of China,and met the standard of Heavy or critically ill.

排除标准：

妊娠；既往患有猝死性疾病者，如致死性心脏疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnancy;Sudden death disease, such as fatal heart disease patients.
