研究目的：

本研究将神经肌肉电刺激疗法作为术后运动康复的辅助疗法，探讨神经肌肉电刺激疗法对老年急性心肌梗死PCI术后衰弱患者下肢肌肉力量及衰弱状态的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy was used as an auxiliary therapy for postoperative exercise rehabilitation, and the intervention effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy on the lower limb muscle strength and debilitated state of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI was discussed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥60岁；
②确诊为急性心肌梗死并行支架植入术；
③通过临床衰弱量表（CFS）评分≥5分。

Inclusion criteria

① ≥60 years old; ② Acute myocardial infarction was diagnosed and stent implantation was performed; ③ The score of clinical Frailty Scale (CFS) was ≥5 points.

排除标准：

①神经肌肉刺激禁忌症（心脏起搏器或植入式除颤器、严重心律失常、心功能分级Ⅳ级、皮炎、皮肤受损或敏感性改变）；
②四肢残缺、金属假肢；
③神经肌肉疾病（杜兴氏病、重症肌无力、格林-巴利综合征）；
④拒绝参加研究、精神障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Contraindications for neuromuscular stimulation (pacemaker or implantable defibrillator, severe arrhythmia, cardiac function grade Ⅳ, dermatitis, skin damage or sensitivity change); ② Limb mutilation, metal prosthesis; ③ Neuromuscular diseases (Duchenne's disease, myasthenia gravis, Guillain-Barre syndrome); ④ Refuse to participate in research, mental disorders.

由本研究质量控制人员之一采用统计分析软件 SPSS26.0 产生随机序列编码，将随机数字排秩范围为 1～50 为 1 组，随机数字排秩范围为 51～100 为 2 组，即将随机数字分为 1 组(神经肌肉电刺激组)和 2 组(对照组)。

One of the quality control personnel of this study used the statistical analysis software SPSS26.0 to generate the random sequence code. The random number ranking range of 1 to 50 was 1 group, and the random number ranking range of 51 to 100 was 2 groups, that is, the random number was divided into 1 group (neuromuscular electrical stimulation group) and 2 groups (control group).

盲法：

本研究采用双盲法。首先，对研究对象实施盲法，在试验过程中，同时对试验组和对照组研究对象粘贴神经肌肉电刺激电极片，试验组设置试验方案参数，对照组不设置有效刺激参数。其次，对资料搜集和统计分析人员实施盲法，结果评价人员、数据管理和统计分析人员应在不了解研究对象分组的情况下进行。对研究结果进行分析、评价，评估情况要对本研究实施者保密，从而提高对观测指标的准确性、干预措施的有效性，评价的客观与可靠性。盲法实施过程应有本研究质量控制人员监督。研究结束，数据统计分析完成后，一次性揭盲。

Blinding：

Double-blind method was used in this study. Firstly, the blind method was applied to the study subjects. During the test, neuromuscular electrical stimulation electrodes were pasted to the subjects of both the experimental group and the control group. Experimental scheme parameters were set in the experimental group, while effective stimulation parameters were not set in the control group. Secondly, blind data collection and statistical analysis personnel should be implemented. Result evaluation personnel, data management and statistical analysis personnel should be carried out without knowing the grouping of research objects. The results of the study should be analyzed and evaluated, and the evaluation situation should be kept confidential to the implementors of the study, so as to improve the accuracy of the observation indicators, the effectiveness of intervention measures, and the objectivity and reliability of the evaluation. The implementation of the blind method should be supervised by the quality control personnel of the study. After the study was over and statistical analysis of data was completed, the blind was uncovered once.
