研究目的：

本回顾性横断面研究将评估钛锆种植体的临床效果，包括种植体存留率、边缘骨吸收、牙周状况、患者满意度等；并分析相关因素是否会对临床效果产生影响，明确钛锆种植体的临床适应证和禁忌证。  

Objectives of Study：

This retrospective cross-sectional study will evaluate the clinical effects of titanium-zirconium implants, including implant survival rate, marginal bone loss, periodontal status, patient satisfaction, etc., and analyze the relevant factors that would affect the clinical effect, so as to clarify the clinical indications and contraindications of titanium-zirconium implants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年满18岁，知情同意；全身状况能够耐受种植手术；曾经植入Straumann Roxolid钛锆种植体；种植手术后至少1年且完成种植修复；种植术后于我院定期随访复诊。

Inclusion criteria

At least 18 years old and informed consent; can tolerate implant operation; accepted the treatment of Straumann roxolid implant; at least 1 year after implant operation and finished restoration; attend for follow-up regularly.

排除标准：

违背纳入标准者；无定期复查或失访；种植未行修复。

Exclusion criteria：

Violating the inclusion criteria; No regular review or lost to follow up; implants were not restored.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过填写CRF表，进行数据采集。然后对病例报告表中数据进行核查，发现疑问向研究者询问，根据研究者的回答进行数据修改、确认；将CRF的数据输入计算机，建立数据库并进行二次检错，数据锁定和储存后，由统计分析人员进行分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Researchers collect the data by CRF,then check the data in CRF, ask the researchers if there are any questions, and modify and confirm the data according to the answers given by the researchers; after the data is entered into the computer, establish a database and double error detection of data. After the data is locked and stored， it is analyzed by statistical analysts.
