研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨妊娠期子宫肌瘤的临床特征，包括围产期子宫肌瘤的变化趋势，妊娠期子宫肌瘤对母婴结局的影响，妊娠期子宫肌瘤变化趋势的影响因素及形成分子机制  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical characteristics of uterine fibroids during pregnancy, including the changing trend of uterine fibroids during perinatal period, the influence of uterine fibroids during pregnancy on maternal and infant outcomes, the influencing factors of changing trend of uterine fibroids during pregnancy and the molecular mechanism of uterine fibroids formation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①出院诊断ICD编码类目含有妊娠合并子宫肌瘤；②病历中包含妊娠11～13+6周（测量胎儿颈项透明层）、22～26周（胎儿系统超声筛查）及≥37周（分娩前）三个时期的超声检查报告。

Inclusion criteria

① ICD coding category of discharge diagnosis included pregnancy complicated with uterine fibroids; ② Ultrasound reports at 11-13 +6 gestational weeks (fetal nuchal translucency measurement), 22-26 gestational weeks (fetal systematic ultrasound screening) and ≥37 gestational weeks (before delivery) were included in the medical records.

排除标准：

①分娩孕周＜37周；②有任何一次超声报告未诊断子宫肌瘤；③超声检查未详细记录肌瘤的径线。

Exclusion criteria：

① The gestational age of delivery was less than 37 weeks; ② Uterine fibroids were not diagnosed in any ultrasound report; ③ The diameter of fibroids was not recorded in detail by ultrasound examination.
