研究目的：

基于多模态MRI研究推拿治疗膝骨关节炎中枢机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Multimodal MRI-based study of the central mechanism of Tuina for knee osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)符合膝骨关节炎的诊断标准；
(2)40-70岁；
(3)报告膝关节疼痛超过3个月；
(4)数字评分表（NRS）的疼痛评分大于3分；
(5)Kellgren-Lawrence评分：2分或3分。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis of the knee;
(2) 40-70 years of age;
(3) Reported knee pain for more than 3 months;
(4) Pain score of >3 on the numeric rating scale (NRS);
(5) Kellgren-Lawrence score: 2 or 3.

排除标准：

(1)由其他疾病引起的膝关节疼痛；
(2)在过去6个月内进行过关节内注射；
(3)有膝关节手术史；
(4)有严重的急性或慢性器质性疾病或精神疾病；
(5)有出血性疾病；
(6)有MRI禁忌症，如恐惧症、起搏器等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Knee pain caused by other diseases;
(2) Intra-articular injections within the past 6 months;
(3) A history of knee surgery;
(4) Have a severe acute or chronic organic disease or psychiatric illness;
(5) Have a bleeding disorder;
(6) have contraindications to MRI, such as phobias, pacemakers, etc.
