研究目的：

筛选早发冠心病差异非编码RNA，寻找早发冠心病新型生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

The differential level mRNA and non-coding RNA of premature coronary artery disease were screened to search for new biomarkers of premature coronary heart disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

PCAD组纳入标准：①根据《冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病诊断标准》确诊冠心病患者，冠脉造影结果显示至少1支血管狭窄程度≥50% 。②男性患者年龄≤55岁，女性患者≤65岁。③遵守医嘱，服从管理者。④知情同意，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for PCAD group: ① Patients with coronary heart disease were diagnosed according to the Diagnostic criteria for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, and coronary angiography results showed that the stenosis degree of at least one vessel was ≥50%. ② The age of male patients was ≤55 years old, and that of female patients was ≤65 years old. ③ Follow the doctor's advice and obey the manager. ④ Informed consent, signed informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准：①6月内接受冠状动脉血管重建术者。②非首次诊断为冠心病且长期服药者。③伴随其他心脏疾病者，如心律失常，房颤，心脏瓣膜病，心衰者。④伴有血液病，恶性肿瘤，风湿免疫系统疾病，肾脏疾病，肝脏疾病者 。⑤一个月内伴有严重的全身疾病，如重度感染，严重烧伤，行手术者。⑥血液标本保存不当致溶血者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① Patients who received coronary artery revascularization within 6 months. ② Patients who were not diagnosed with coronary heart disease for the first time and took medicine for a long time. ③ With other heart diseases, such as arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, valvular heart disease, heart failure. ④ Patients with blood disease, malignant tumor, rheumatic immune system disease, kidney disease, liver disease. ⑤ Within one month with serious systemic diseases, such as severe infection, severe burns, surgery. ⑥ Hemolysis caused by improper preservation of blood specimens.
