研究目的：

以慢性腰痛为研究对象，借助功能性磁共振成像技术（fMRI）与脑电波（EEG），研究针刺对慢性腰痛患者内隐情绪及大脑功能活动的影响，为针刺治疗慢性腰痛提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking chronic low back pain as the research object, using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and EEG to study the effects of acupuncture on implicit emotions and brain functional activities in patients with chronic low back pain, providing scientific basis for acupuncture treatment of chronic low back pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、符合慢性腰痛的诊断标准：诊断标准为（顾蕊等.,2022；Kreiner DS, et al.，2020）；2、年龄在18岁-55岁之间（包括18岁和55岁）；3、右利手；4、数字评分表（VAS）评分≥4；5、近1个月内未服用腰痛防治相关药物；6、签署了知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic low back pain: The diagnostic criteria for chronic low back pain (Rui Gu et al., 2022; Kreiner DS, et al.,2020); 2. Age range from 18 to 55 years old (including 18 and 55 years old); 3. Right-handedness; 4. visual analogue scale score ≥4; 5. Not taking any medication related to the prevention and treatment of low back pain within the past month; 6. Signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、脊柱特异性疾患（腰椎管狭窄症、腰椎滑脱症、化脓性脊柱炎、椎间盘感染、结核性脊柱炎、强直性脊柱炎、骶髂关节致密性骨炎、脊柱肿瘤等）；2、脊柱外伤（脊柱骨折等）、畸形（侧凸、后凸畸形等）；3、代谢性疾病（骨质疏松症、骨软化症、痛风等）；4、泌尿系统疾病（肾结石、尿路结石、肾盂肾炎等）；5、妇科疾病（子宫内膜异位症等），妊娠；6、其他疾病（神经疾患、血管性疾病、心因性疾患等）；7、其他部位疼痛（髋关节、膝关节、头痛等）；8、具有磁共振禁忌证（金属的假牙、幽闭恐惧症）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Spinal specific diseases (lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, purulent spondylitis, intervertebral disc infection, tuberculous spondylitis, ankylosing spondylitis, sacroiliac joint dense osteoarthritis, spinal tumors, etc.); 2. Spinal trauma (spinal fractures, etc.), deformities (scoliosis, kyphosis, etc.); 3. Metabolic diseases (osteoporosis, osteomalacia, gout, etc.); 4. Urinary system diseases (kidney stones, urinary tract stones, pyelonephritis, etc.); 5. Gynecological diseases (endometriosis, etc.), pregnancy; 6. Other diseases (neurological disorders, vascular diseases, psychogenic diseases, etc.); 7. Pain in other parts (hip, knee, headache, etc.); 8. Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (metal dentures, claustrophobia)
