研究目的:

磁共振引导的个体化精准定位经颅磁刺激(TMS)治疗单相和双相抑郁,所有患者进行两种不同的精准定位治疗:膝前前扣带回功能连接定位组,经典坐标功能连接定位组。比较两种不同方案的疗效,探索精准定位治疗的脑机制。  

Objectives of Study:

Magnetic resonance-guided individualized precision localization transcranial magnetic stimulation for monophasic and biphasic depression was performed in all patients with two different precision localization treatments: anterior knee anterior cingulate gyrus functional connectivity localization group and classical coordinate functional connectivity localization group. The efficacy of the two different protocols was compared to explore the brain mechanisms of the precision localization treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

本实验共招募20位受试者,每一被试均接受两种干预措施,即经典靶点定位治疗和pgACC 引导的功能连接治疗。两种干预措施使用随机化方案产生,进而治疗。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

A total of 20 subjects were enrolled, and each participant received two interventions, namely classical target localization therapy and pgACC-guided functional linkage therapy. Both interventions were generated using randomisation protocols and then treated. 

纳入标准:

1)汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton rating scale for depression, HAMD)17 项评分大于 17 分; (2)采用简明国际神经病精神访谈 7.0.0(M.I.N.I.7.0.0)确认受试者目前为抑郁发 作; (3)性别不限,年龄 16-65 岁。 (4)能够理解并愿意严格遵守临床试验方案完成本试验,签署知情同意书的受试者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Hamilton rating scale for depression (HAMD) 17-item score > 17. (2) The Brief International Neuropsychiatric Interview 7.0.0 (M.I.N.I.7.0.0) was used to confirm that the subjects were currently depressed. (3) All genders, age 16-65 years. (4) Subjects who can understand and are willing to strictly comply with the clinical trial protocol to complete this trial and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准:

(1)磁共振、TMS 禁忌症者。(2)严重躯体疾病及神经系统等疾病。 (3)精神分裂症,烟草、酒精及其他精神活性物质滥用史。 (4)患者为妊娠期或哺乳期女性或计划妊娠者。 (5)至少半年内服用免疫调节剂和激素制剂,2 周内服用解热镇痛类药物。 (6)研究者认为不适宜纳入者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Contraindications to MRI and TMS.(2) Severe physical and neurological disorders. (3) Schizophrenia, history of tobacco, alcohol and other psychoactive substance abuse. (4) The patient is a pregnant or lactating female or planning to become pregnant. (5) Taking immunomodulators and hormonal agents for at least 6 months and antipyretic drugs for 2 weeks. (6) Those who are considered by the investigator to be inappropriate for inclusion.
