研究目的：

通过筛选水平骨量不足行帐篷钉骨增量同期种植的病例，收集术前、骨增量术后即刻、愈合期后的锥形束电子计算机断层扫描数据以测量骨增量区二维宽度及三维体积的变化，并将其效果与Onlay植骨术相对比。  

Objectives of Study：

To radiographically and clinically analyze the effects of the tenting screw technique and Onlay bone grafting in horizontal alveolar bone augmentation, and thus provide a comparative basis for the application of horizontal bone augmentation techniques in implant restoration.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）牙列缺损要求种植修复的患者，缺牙区牙槽骨高度或宽度不足（无法植入常规长度、直径的种植体），接受帐篷钉植骨或 Onlay 植骨术，延期种植;
（2）全口牙列无急性炎症等病理性表现;
（3）身体健康，无严重系统性疾病，无双磷酸盐、皮质类固醇类等药物使用史;
（4）无严重吸烟史(<10支/天);
（5）依从性较好，已自愿签署知情同意书;
（6）已拍摄可用于研究的 CBCT。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with dental defects that require implant restoration, where the horizontal bone width is insufficient to insert implants with conventional diameters, received bone augmentation using tenting screw technique or Onlay bone grafting surgery, and delayed implantation;
(2) No pathological manifestations such as acute inflammation in the entire dentition;
(3) Good physical health, no serious systemic diseases, no history of medication use such as bisphosphonates and corticosteroids;
(4) No history of serious smoking (<10 cigarettes/day);
(5) Has good compliance and voluntarily signed an informed consent form;
(6) CBCT has been taken for research purposes.

排除标准：

(1)牙周疾病控制不良患者; (2)头颈部肿瘤放射治疗或化学治疗史; (3)尚在孕期或处在备孕期妇女患者; (4)患有可能影响研究结果的全身性疾病或有相关用药患者; (5)重度磨牙症、颞下颌关节综合症或其他局部或系统禁忌症患者; (6)CBCT 资料存在多个时间点缺失或测量位点模糊不清者; (7)重度吸烟者(≥10 支/天);
(8)重度磨牙或紧咬牙习惯患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with poor periodontal disease control;
(2) History of radiotherapy or chemotherapy for head and neck tumors;
(3) Pregnancy or lactant women;
(4) Patients with systemic diseases or related medication that may affect the research results;
(5) Patients with temporomandibular joint syndrome, or other local or systemic contraindications;
(6) CBCT data with multiple missing time points or unclear measurement sites;
(7) Heavy smokers (≥ 10 cigarettes/day);
(8) Patients with severe bruxism, or heavy biting habits.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过填写CRF表，进行数据采集。然后对病例报告表中数据进行核查，发现疑问向研究者询问，根据研究者的回答进行数据修改、确认；将CRF的数据输入计算机，建立数据库并进行二次检错，数据锁定和储存后，由统计分析人员进行分析。
