研究目的：

探讨艾司氯胺酮滴鼻用于小儿术前镇静从而更高程度的配合吸入麻醉诱导的ED50、ED95，为艾司氯胺酮在小儿麻醉中的应用提供临床证据  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the use of esketamine nasal drops for children's preoperative sedation, so as to cooperate with ED50 and ED95 induced by inhalation anesthesia to a higher degree, and provide clinical evidence for the application of esketamine in pediatric anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)ASA I-II; 2)手术时间小于2小时; 3)年龄从3-6岁; 4)每个孩子的监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1)ASA I-II; 2) Operation time less than 2 hours; 3) From 3-6 years old; 4) The guardian of each child signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1)先天性心脏病(法洛四联症、动脉导管未闭、室间隔缺损等); 2)肺部疾病(肺部感染、支气管哮喘等); 3)已知鼻炎或鼻畸形; 4)对本课题所用药物过敏; 5)已知气道困难。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Congenital heart disease (tetralogy of Fallot, patent ductus arteriosus, ventricular septal defect, etc.); 2) Lung diseases (lung infection, bronchial asthma, etc.); 3) rhinitis or nasal deformity; 4) Allergic to the drugs used in this subject; 5) airway difficulties.
