研究目的：

本项目通过从宏基因测序（mNGS）这一新兴技术入手，通过构建多中心、大样本的IPN临床队列，比较mNGS与血培养两种方法在感染性胰腺坏死早期诊断中的应用，并通过与金标准——胰周坏死积液培养的结果相比较，了解mNGS在感染性胰腺坏死诊断中的可靠性，从而指导IPN患者临床抗生素的合理使用，并为精准选用外科或内镜手术提供诊断信息  

Objectives of Study：

This multi-center prospective study is designed to investigate the role of mNGS in early diagnosing infected pancreatic necrosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合急性胰腺炎的诊断标准 （2）入院时增强CT扫描可见胰腺和（或）胰周组织坏死； （3）病程中体温大于或等于38.5摄氏度； （4）未行侵入性干预治疗； （5）年龄≥14周岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Meets the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis. (2)With non-enhancing areas of the pancreas on a contrast-enhanced CT scan. (3)Temperature greater than 38.5℃ at least once during course of disease. (4)Without prior abdominal or retroperitoneal invasive procedure. (5)Age ≥14 years old

排除标准：

（1）中途退出（患者撤销知情同意）或数据丢失；
（2）已明确有其他系统的原发感染，如：肺部感染、神经系统感染；

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Exit during the trial(withdrawal of informed consent)or lose main data. (2)With comfirmed primary infection of other systems, for example, pulmonary infection, neurological infection
