研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探讨正念减压对玫瑰痤疮患者病情影响 2. 次要目的：探讨线上正念减压对玫瑰痤疮患者生活质量、焦虑水平、抑郁程度、正念水平的影响；探讨线上正念减压可接受性及患者内在体验。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Objective: To investigate the effects of mindfulness-based decompression on patients with rosacea 2. Secondary objective: To explore the effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction on the quality of life, anxiety level, depression level and mindfulness level of patients with rosacea. To explore the acceptability of online mindfulness-based decompression and patients' internal experience.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）根据玫瑰痤疮治疗指南(2017年版)确诊的玫瑰痤疮患者。由两名高年资皮肤科医生确诊；病史长于1年
2）年龄18岁至45周岁；
3）患者自愿参加本临床研究并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients diagnosed with rosacea according to the Rosacea Treatment Guidelines (2017 Edition). Diagnosed by two senior dermatologists; The history was longer than 1 year
2) Aged between 18 and 45;
3) The patient voluntarily participated in the clinical study and signed a written informed consent.

排除标准：

2. 排除标准
1) 年龄<18或>45岁；
2) 有其他心、肝、肾、血液、神经系统及皮肤的严重原发性疾病者；
3) 曾服用可能会对中枢神经造成损伤的农药、毒药或其他物质，有酒精及药物滥用史；
4) 自行服用过抗抑郁或其他精神疾病药物者;
5) 妊娠及哺乳期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

2. Exclusion criteria
1) Age <18 or >45 years old;
2) Patients with other serious primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, blood, nervous system and skin;
3) Have taken pesticides, poisons or other substances that may cause damage to the central nervous system, and have a history of alcohol and drug abuse;
4) Self-administered antidepressant or other psychiatric drugs;
5) Pregnant and lactating patients.
