Objectives of Study：

Central mechanism of knee osteoarthritis revealed using multimodal MRI technique

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1膝骨关节炎患者纳入标准
(1)符合KOA的诊断标准；
(2)40-70岁；
(3)报告膝关节疼痛超过3个月；
(4)数字评分表（NRS）的疼痛评分大于3分；
(5)Kellgren-Lawrence评分：2分或3分。
2健康志愿者纳入标准
(1)年龄范围40-70岁；
(2)无慢性疼痛病史；

Inclusion criteria

1 Inclusion criteria for patients with knee osteoarthritis
(1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of KOA;
(2) 40-70 years of age;
(3) Reported knee pain for more than 3 months;
(4) Pain score of >3 on the numeric rating scale (NRS);
(5) Kellgren-Lawrence score: 2 or 3.
2 Healthy volunteers inclusion criteria
(1) Age range 40-70 years;
(2) No history of chronic pain.

排除标准：

膝骨关节炎患者排除标准
(1)在近1个月内接受任何其他治疗者；
(2)妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
(3)患有精神疾病、神经疾病、传染性疾病、胃肠道疾病、心脑血管疾病、免疫学疾病、呼吸道疾病或肾脏疾病；
(4)患有肿瘤、结核、风湿或类风湿性关节炎、痛风、关节创伤，或任何其他慢性疼痛症状，或有脑外伤伴意识丧失的病史；
(5)有闭锁恐惧症、心脏起搏器、除颤器、心脏支架、宫内节育器等MRI禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee
(1) Those who have received any other treatment within the last 1 month;
(2) Pregnant or lactating women;
(3) Suffering from psychiatric, neurological, infectious, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, immunological, respiratory or renal diseases;
(4) have tumors, tuberculosis, rheumatic or rheumatoid arthritis, gout, joint trauma, or any other chronic pain condition, or a history of traumatic brain injury with loss of consciousness;
(5) Contraindications to MRI such as atresia phobia, pacemakers, defibrillators, cardiac stents, intrauterine devices.
(6) have contraindications to MRI, such as phobias, pacemakers, etc.
