研究目的：

采用队列研究的方法，收集湘雅医院、湘雅三医院等多个队列数据，全面探索湖南省不同人群中，人口学、社会心理、生活行为方式和生理指标等多维的传统/非传统危险因素与心血管疾病的关联，进一步明确心血管易感人群的个体化特征，确定高危人群。  

Objectives of Study：

A cohort study was used to collect data from several cohorts at Xiangya Hospital and Xiangya Third Hospital to comprehensively explore the association between multidimensional traditional/non-traditional risk factors such as demographic, psychosocial, lifestyle and physiological indicators and cardiovascular disease in different populations in Hunan Province, to further clarify the individualized characteristics of the cardiovascular susceptible population and to identify high-risk groups.

纳入标准：

纳入2005-2021年间，在湘雅三医院及湘雅医院进行健康体检的一般人群；

Inclusion criteria

Include the general population who underwent health screening at Xiangya Three Hospitals and Xiangya Hospital between 2005 and 2021

排除标准：

1）年龄<18岁或年龄数据缺失；2）基线入组时已有心血管疾病；3）缺少性别等重要协变量信息 4）未进行健康随访者，体检次数小于2次

Exclusion criteria：

1) age <18 years or missing age data; 2) pre-existing cardiovascular disease at baseline entry; 3) missing information on important covariates such as gender 4) those without health follow-up and less than 2 physical examinations
